After consuming 60 capsules, I noticed that my adrenal glands did not inflame as before, and the pulling pains in the kidney area disappeared. I began to respond calmly to attempts to unsettle me and remain composed. I've also used other Gaia products, which are of very high quality and do not harm my stomach.
